problem you are having, symptoms, etc.
You can help us to reduce our workload if you will take the time to perform your own
troubleshooting prior to contacting us. Did you build the kit yourself? If the answer is yes, go back and take some voltage measurements outlined
in the assembly manual. This might tell you where the problem is. Did you try swapping tubes from one channel to the other? This will
provide an indication as to whether or not it is a tube problem or an equipment problem. If the problem follows the tube, then it is a tube problem.
If the problem stays in the suspect channel, then it is an equipment problem.
And finally, please limit your technical queries to our products or products we sell. We
receive over 50 e-mails per day and a good percentage of them do not even apply to our product line. If you want to know how old your Marantz amplifier
is, please ask somebody else. If you want to know if we sell motorized volume controls, look on our website first...do you see any, if not, that means
we don't sell them?
