RETURNS POLICY

Returns: We have gone to great lengths to provide as much information as possible (including detailed specifications, dimensions and photographs) for most of the products we carry, therefore items returned due to customer error are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  On some instances we will accept returns for a full credit towards future purchases.  E-mail us before you return a product. Defective products will be replaced or your money refunded. All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase (absolutely no exceptions to this rule). Special ordered items and custom assembly jobs are not returnable.
